Cabin / Duplex Rates w/Gate Pass (Prices do not include HST)

Cabin: $55.00 per night for one person ($65 per night for two people).

Duplex: $95.00 per night for two people.

Day / Camping Rates: (Prices do not include HST)

Day Rate: $10.00 per person, until 6 pm.

*Note: Day Rate not available on Long weekends; See Long Weekend Rates.

Overnight Camping: $16.00 per night, per person.

Long Weekends Rates (per person):
2011 Season Long Weekends: May 20 - 23 / July 1 - 4 / July 29 - August 2 / September 2 - 5

  • 3 nights (Friday arrival) - $59.00

  • 2 nights (Saturday arrival) - $49.00

  • 1 night (Sunday arrival) - $29.00

*Note: Mandatory Checkout is Monday on long weekends - Sorry, no refunds for early check-out.

Seasonal Rates: (Prices do not include HST)

Cedars Seasonal Sites: $1175.00 per year.

  • Campsites are naturalized and not equipped with electricity, water or sewage disposal.

  • Tanks are located in the campground for the disposal of grey water from portable tanks only.

  • Flush toilets, coin-operated showers and a laundry room are located at the front of the park.

  • Non Potable water is available at the front of the park; please supply your own water containers.

  • Picnic tables and campfire pits or rings are distributed throughout the park for your use.

  • Pets are welcome provided that they are kept leashed, under control and properly cared for.

  • Due to safety concerns, lighting of fireworks is allowed only in designated areas of the park. See Chris for proper areas.

Rules and Regulations:

Cedars' Rules are for everyone... and yes, this includes "you"!

  • Seasonal site fees are due by April 30th of each year and are to be paid in full before access to the park is granted. All sites are rented on an annual basis and are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge if not paid on time. The seasonal site allows for one trailer only. A third party on a site is $575 plus HST, $750 plus HST on a full hook up site. A $35.00 charge applies to all NSF cheques.

  • The speed limit for all vehicles is 10km throughout the park. (You will be warned once and then eviction will occur for abuse of this rule, as we have children in the park.)

  • A $25.00 administration fee for any changes to your seasonal guest pass.

  • Cedars Campground will no longer store or dispose of old trailers, it is your responsibility to remove the trailer off the property.

  • There is no driving after dark, you may enter and exit only. Golf carts with lights are allowed to the barn and directly back to your site.

  • No un-plated vehicles are permitted on your site. Failure to do so will result in Cedars Campground making arrangements to have them removed.

  • Golf carts are a privilege and not the rule. Please keep to the 10Km/h limit and they are meant for the roads. If we abuse this rule, we lose the right.

  • Please park your vehicle on your site and not on the road or medians.

  • Please be a considerate camper - Quiet time is between the hours of 11pm and 9am every day.

  • Pets are permitted but must be tied up or on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet on walks. Continuous barking of dogs will be addressed by the Park staff quickly.

  • You will be immediately evicted from the park for stealing or vandalizing any property. Do not trespass on anyone's site that is unattended.

  • Cedars Campground is not liable for any damage to trailers or site when hired to move trailers off site.

  • Any or all fences, trees, barriers, etc, must be 2 feet away from the road on your site.

  • Drugs, nudity or fighting will not be tolerated. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate eviction of the park without refund.

  • No illegal activities of any kind will be tolerated and will result in park eviction and/or appropriate police action.

  • All campfires are to be contained in a fire pit and no more than 3 feet across.

  • No snowmobiles or ATV's of any sort are allowed on the property.

  • Tree cutting is prohibited without prior consent from Chris.

  • Please try and burn as much garbage as you can. Anything flammable that is too big for your fire pit can be brought up to the burn pile after seeing Chris or the maintenance staff for permission. The closest transfer station for big items is located in Dundas, ON.

  • The garbage cans around the park are for weekend campers only.

  • Single seasonal members are entitled to one guest privilege and as such you are responsible for that guest. The guest member must be staying on your site and you are not entitled to sponsor a guest for someone else. Abuse of this rule will result in it being revoked for you immediately.

  • Parents and children under the age of 12 are welcome as guests of the park. All other family members must pay the entry fee.

  • All members are responsible for the unpaid expenses and actions of their guests.

  • No firearms on the property.

  • No new trailers over 20 years old will be allowed in the park, unless it is within guidelines.

  • All add a rooms, decks, driveways or additions to your site must be discussed and approved by Chris before construction.

  • Sales of any trailers must be approved by Chris prior to closing.

  • All Mobile Homes and Trailers over 40 feet are subject to a double lot fee and must be approved by Chris

  • All Generators must be enclosed in an insulated box and must be shut off by 11pm without exception.

  • All work using generators will only be allowed during the hours of 9am to 7pm.

  • There will be no water deliveries to any trailer that does not have a holding tank or a grey water tank. Please see Chris for information on obtaining one.

  • Each seasonal is responsible for the maintenance of their sites. Keeping the grass cut and the site clean. Failure to do so will result in the park cleaning your site and a $50 charge for each occurrence.

  • Each seasonal is responsible for supplying their own picnic tables and fire ring. Please do not remove picnic tables from their designated areas.

  • Due to safety concerns, please use the field near the tennis courts for the lighting of fireworks.

Please respect the rules, grounds, and your neighbours and this will ensure another great summer for everyone at Cedars. Rule violations may terminate your stay and you can be evicted from the park without notice or refund.
