Day Rate: $10.00 per person, until 6 pm.

Overnight Camping: $16.00 per night, per person.

Long Weekends Rates (per person):
2008 Season Long Weekends: May 16-19 / June 27-July 1 / Aug 1-4 / Aug 29-Sept 1

3 nights (Friday arrival) - $55.00

2 nights (Saturday arrival) - $45.00

1 night (Sunday arrival) - $25.00

Seasonal Rates: (Prices do not include GST)

Cedars Seasonal Sites: $1150.00 per year (due by April 30th of each year). This includes your permanent campsite, park admission for 2 people & all seasonal privledges. You may add a third party with full seasonal privledges for an additional $575.00.

Campsites are naturalized and not equipped with electricity, water or sewage disposal.

Tanks are located in the campground for the disposal of grey water from portable tanks only.

Flush toilets, coin-operated showers and a laundry room are located at the front of the park.

Non Potable water is available at the front of the park; please supply your own water containers.

Picnic tables and campfire pits or rings are distributed throughout the park for your use.

Pets are welcome provided that they are kept leashed, under control and properly cared for.

Due to safety concerns, lighting of fireworks is allowed only in designated areas of the park. See Chris & Bevan for proper areas.

Rules & Regulations:

Cedars' Rules are for everyone... and yes, this includes "you"!

The speed limit for all vehicles is 10kms throughout the park. (You will be warned once and then eviction will occur for abuse of this rule, as we have children in the park.)

There is no driving after dark, you may enter and exit only. Golf carts with lights are allowed to the barn and directly back to your site.

Golf carts are a privilege and not the rule. Please keep to the 10Kms limit and they are meant for the roads. If we abuse this rule, we lose the right.

Please park your vehicle on your site and not on the road.

Please be a considerate camper - Quiet time is between the hours of 11pm and 9am everyday!!

Pets are permitted but must be tied up or on a leash at all times. Please carry a litter bag with you on walks and clean up after your pet. Continuous barking of dogs will be addressed by the Park staff quickly.

You will be immediately evicted from the park for stealing or vandalizing any property.

Do not trespass on anyone's site that is unattended.

Drugs, nudity or fighting will not be tolerated. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate eviction of the park without refund.

No illegal activities of any kind will be tolerated and will result in park eviction and/or appropriate police action.

All campfires are to be contained in a fire pit and no more than 3 feet across.

Tree cutting is prohibited without prior consent from management, please see Chris.

Please burn all paper garbage. Do not put kitty litter, bags of ashes, tires, propane tanks in the garbage bins. The transfer station in Dundas will take your old propane tanks. Please remember the garbage cans around the park are for weekend campers only.

Seasonal site fees are due by April 30th of each year. All sites are rented on an annual basis and are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge if not paid on time. If your seasonal fee is not paid in full as of this date or arrangements made with management, you will be denied access to the park until your fees are paid. A third party on a site is $575 plus GST. A $25.00 charge applies to all NSF cheques.

Single seasonal members are entitled to one guest privilege and as such you are responsible for that guest. The guest member must be staying on your site and you are not entitled to sponsor a guest for someone else. Abuse of this rule will result in it being revoked for you immediately.

Parents and children under the age of 12 are welcome as guests of the park. All other family members must pay the entry fee.

All members are responsible for the unpaid expenses and actions of their guests.

No new trailers over 20 years old will be allowed in the park, unless it is within guidelines.

All add a rooms, decks, driveways or additions to your site must be discussed and approved by Chris & Bevan before construction.

Sales of any trailers must be approved by management prior to closing.

All Mobile Homes and Trailers over 40 feet are subject to a double lot fee and must be approved by management.

A $500 dollar fee will be charged for the disposal of trailers (No exceptions to any of the rules regulating the sales, safety and condition of trailers.)

All Generators must be enclosed in an insulated box and must be shut off by 11pm without exception.

All work using generators will only be allowed during the hours of 9am to 7pm

There will be no water deliveries to any trailer that does not have a holding tank or a grey water tank. Please see Chris & Bevan for information on obtaining one.

Each seasonal is responsible for the maintenance of their sites. Keeping the grass cut and the site clean of garbage and unused furniture, etc. Failure to do so will result in the park cleaning your site and you will be charged $25 for each occurance.

Each seasonal is responsible for supplying their own picnic tables and fire ring. Please do not remove picnic tables from their designated areas.

Please respect the rules, grounds, and your neighbours and this will ensure another great summer for everyone at Cedars. Rule violations may terminate your stay and you can be evicted from the park without notice or refund.
